IMS
was founded and incorporated in the State of Mississippi in
1996 by John D. Calhoun, Ph.D., and Rod L. Hill, PE, who serve
as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer and President/Chief
Operating Officer respectively. Prior to founding IMS , Dr.
Calhoun was a Strategic Management professor at Jackson State
University and Mr. Hill served as the project manager with
the City of Jackson’s Public Works Department. Dr. Calhoun
has established the professional tone and business practices
of the firm, emphasizing the importance of employee development
across all disciplines. Mr. Hill has set the standard of technical
excellence for IMS. The mission of IMS is provide clients
the best in expertise and service, with a total commitment
to quality, responsiveness, and integrity. IMS’ team
of skilled professionals has extensive experiences in providing
consulting, engineering, technical, management and operations
services throughout the United States. The staff has mastered
with accuracy, the ability to assess complex problems quickly.

Many of our initial clients still remain IMS’ clients
today. IMS provides consulting, engineering, technical, management
and operations services to clients on a wide variety of projects
and engagements. These diversified projects continue to help
