This person is to lead tasks and projects in the areas of planning, analysis, design and implementation of Traffic Engineering and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) solutions. Deliverables typically include engineering reports, design documents, PS&E and presentations for diverse audiences. Traffic Signal Design experience desired. This candidate must have knowledge of industry standards such as ITS National Architecture, NTCIP, Highway Capacity Manual, MUTCD, AASHTO Green Book and state and local engineering standards.
